Dreamwork
Dreams are there as offerings and gifts to us if we only recognize what they mean.
When we pay attention to and trust what our dreams are offering, we recognize our inner wisdom which connects us to our true self, our soul. By honoring and being present with the feelings in our dreams, we begin to experience growth and healing in our waking life
Dreaming is a wonderful source of guidance, healing and creativity.
Clarification of the meaning and deeper feelings often emerge by just sharing the dream. Together we get to the meaning by bringing it to your life situation (past, present or future) and then giving feedback, if you wish, only from the perspective of "If it were my dream" and then finally honouring your dream by bringing it into your life in some way / having an action plan (bringing what you have learned into your waking life).
We have our own dream language which comes naturally to us over time. Some images are universal but the meaning of an image can also differ from time to time. It's truly as individual as your fingerprint and can be a tremendous source of guidance and self empowerment.
When I dream, it feels as if I am in contact with the wisest part of me. Some dreams are straightforward and others can take a while to unravel and are deliberately difficult to understand initially. Deliberately difficult for a variety of reasons.
Sometimes I have a very colourful and dramatic dream. It is usually because I need to remember this one and sometimes it will waken me.
Frightening dreams/nightmares have revealed the most wonderful life lessons when I have faced the fear or danger in them.
When I recognise people in my dreams from my waking life, it is often the quality or an aspect of them that is in myself that is on show or relevant in the dream rather than it being about that person.
It's also possible to revisit dreams. You might want to do this this if you can't remember the ending, need more information, feel there was more to it or feel the need to resolve a situation in the dream. This reentry can also be done with the assistance of one or more other people with your consent with agreed clear guidelines to get their perspective for you in your dream. ie you all re enter the dream together.

In our fiftieth year we begin a new 7- year cycle, starting again at the base chakra - but at a higher frequency of energy. This gives us another type of life experience as we begin the next 7 year cycle'.
